At Zentyxov S.A.S. (“Zentyxov”, “we”) we take the care of your personal information seriously. This document describes how we handle the data we collect through the zentyxov.com site, in compliance with Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its complementary rules, including the 2025 guidelines from the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).

Data you provide: name, email and the content of the message you send through the contact form.

Technical data: basic browsing information (device type, operating system, language, pages visited). This data is only collected if the user enables the corresponding cookies.

To respond to your request, manage the delivery of general information and maintain the quality of the site. We do not use your data to build automated profiles with legal effects, nor do we sell them to third parties.

Processing is based on the data subject’s consent, on the need to execute pre-contractual actions and on the legitimate interest of maintaining site security and functionality.

We may share information with technology providers that help operate the site (for example, Google analytics and advertising services), only to the extent that the user has provided consent. These providers are contractually obligated to handle the data with due confidentiality.

As the data subject you have the right to request access, rectification, updating, deletion and confidentiality of your data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time. You can do so by writing to privacy@zentyxov.com.

The AAIP, with offices at Av. Pte. Gral. Julió A. Roca 710, CABA, is the supervisory authority in charge of overseeing compliance with the regulations.

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and for the applicable legal periods. It is then securely deleted or anonymized.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls and periodic security reviews.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to the service. When changes are substantial, we will post a prominent notice and update the date at the top of the document.
